Thank you for your interest in applying for this year's event and a big thank you to all of the returning participants. Please be sure to carefully read all of the applicable information in your application of interest and our FAQ section to learn more.
FAQ Application Process
When do applications open and close?
Applications are now open for submission, with a deadline of June 30, 2023. Early bird special rates apply to all applications submitted prior to May 31, 2023.
When will I know if I have been accepted?
All applicants will receive an email with an approval letter.
What do you do with my application and booth fees if I am not accepted?
We will refund your booth fee within seven business days of the regret notification if you are not accepted.
What if I miss the application deadline? Do you have a waiting list?
Once applications close, we’ll open our waiting list. After the jury approves a waiting list applicant, they will be placed on the waiting list on a first-come, first-serve basis. If a booth becomes available, we will email the applicant for confirmation and payment.
FAQ Booth & Set-Up
How much are booth fees?
Booth fees are noted in the application and are as follows:
- Professional Artist: $150 Early Bird/$200
- Fresh Made Market Vendor: $125 Early Bird/$175
- Craft Vendor: $75 Early Bird/$125
- Junior Maker: $25
- Concessionaire: $150
- ArtLight Exhibit: Free
- Partner Experiences: Free
What does my booth fee include?
Booth set-ups are listed below and in the application:
- Professional Artist: 10x10 covered booth, (1) 6' table and (2) chairs; no power
- Fresh Made Market Vendor: 10x10 covered booth, (1) 6' table and (2) chairs; no power
- Craft Vendor: 8x8 covered booth, (1) 6' table and (2) chairs; no power
- Junior Maker: 8x8 covered booth, (1) 6' table and (2) chairs; no power
- ArtLight Exhibit: Large tented shared exhibit space
- Partner Experiences: 10x10 covered booth, (1) 6' table and (2) chairs; no power
- Concessionaire: Concrete pad or grass area
What do I need to know about set-up and booths?
Please refer to the full application for the agreement and set-up/tear-down procedures.
Can I share a booth?
At this time, booth spaces are not available to share or split.
How have other vendors set up their booths?
Artists and vendors get creative and utilize their space well. We highly encourage artist and vendors to create a unique and appealing booth space to help with sales and inquiries from event participants.
What are your terms and conditions?
Please refer to your application of interest for specific information on the terms and conditions.
What is a Junior Maker?
New this year! Junior maker is a new section of our event that is dedicated to showcasing emerging makers 17 years old and younger. This provides an opportunity for young entrepreneurs and artists to participate in a unique community event and engage in the community.
Who must attend with a Junior Maker?
A parent guardian must be present during the entire event with the Junior Maker.
