Antoinette De Paiva has been guiding children and adults in the world of drawing and painting since 1994, specializing in mediums such as soft pastel, watercolor, oil paint, and colored pencil. Her teaching spans a range of styles from soft realism with intricate shading and texture to more abstract approaches. Antoinette actively promotes visual arts by organizing events, teaching workshops, and encouraging her students to enter competitions. A San Diego native now residing in Leona Valley, she shares her passion for the arts with her husband, Gerard Figueroa, while being involved in local performing arts communities. Currently, Antoinette is completing her MFA at Azusa Pacific University while continuing to inspire students at Pianoforte Music and Art Academy. As the owner of Artuity Creative Studio in Quartz Hill, her 30 years of teaching experience and dedication to art education have made a significant impact in her community.
